✨ Empower Coaching Package – Client Policy For women ready to rise with clarity, courage, and consistent support. Thank you for choosing the Empower Package — a transformative 1:1 coaching journey designed to help you step into your power, align with your goals, and create lasting change. This policy outlines how we’ll work together so you feel fully supported throughout. 💪 What’s Included: 8 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (via Zoom) Personalised goal-setting support to clarify your focus Habit tracking tools to support your progress between sessions Tailored mindset strategies and coaching resources Email check-ins between sessions (Mon–Thurs, 10am–4pm) 10% off future 1:1 sessions or digital tools purchased through my site This package is designed for deeper transformation with ongoing support, structure, and flexibility to meet your needs. 📅 Booking & Timeframe: You’ll receive a booking link to schedule your sessions. All 8 sessions should be used within 2–3 months of the first session. This pacing is ideal for sustainable growth, reflection, and habit-building. If several sessions remain un-booked by Week 6, I’ll check in to help you get them scheduled. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be counted as used unless there’s an emergency. I aim to be understanding and flexible, and I ask for the same in return. 📧 Between-Session Support: You’re welcome to check in via email between sessions for brief updates, encouragement, or questions. I aim to respond within 24–48 hours during coaching hours. For anything deeper, we’ll explore it in our next session. 🤝 Coaching Commitment: This space is built on honesty, trust, and co-creation. I’m here to walk alongside you as you unmask your truth and build a life aligned with your values. Coaching is not therapy, crisis support, or advice-giving — it’s a collaborative journey. All conversations are confidential, with exceptions only where required by law. ⏳ Package Expiry: The Empower Package is valid for 3 months from your first session. This ensures momentum while leaving room for flexibility if needed. If you ever feel unsure or want to adapt your pace or focus, just let me know.
