My name is Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah — founder of Unmasking.

For years, I looked like I was coping while silently carrying far more than anyone realised.

Like many women, I became the one who held everything together. The dependable one. The strong one. The one who kept going no matter how overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally drained I felt beneath the surface.

But somewhere along the way, I lost connection with myself.

I know what it feels like to live in survival mode… to constantly pour into everyone else while quietly neglecting your own needs, identity, confidence, and wellbeing.

My own unmasking journey has been shaped by motherhood, emotional burnout, rebuilding after difficult seasons, navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, faith, and learning how to reconnect with the woman I truly am beneath the pressure to “just cope.”

That journey is what inspired Unmasking.

Today, I support overwhelmed women who feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, masking, burnout, and self-doubt.

My approach is gentle, compassionate, and rooted in authenticity. I believe healing is not about becoming someone new — it’s about reconnecting with who you were before life taught you to shrink yourself.

Whether you are navigating overwhelm, confidence struggles, neurodivergence, identity loss, life transitions, or simply feeling like you have lost yourself beneath the weight of everything you carry… you are welcome here.

This is a space for women who are ready to stop surviving and start reconnecting with themselves again — with compassion, clarity, confidence, and courage.

You do not have to hold everything alone anymore.

Lots of love
